With interests and expertise in both medicine and technology, it was a natural progression for Dr McMahon to combine the two in SwiftDoc. Dr McMahon has 20 years of experience as a Medical Professional. As an experienced GP, member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs and Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, Dr McMahon saw the enormous potential for technology, in particular online consultations for medical services, to break down geographical barriers and connect patients with medical practitioners and allied health professionals.

As founder of international medical recruitment firm Wavelength International, Claire Ponsford uses her strong medical recruitment background skills to help SwiftDoc assemble the best possible team of medical professionals from around the world. With an unrivalled reputation over the past 20 years, Wavelength is the largest most trusted medical recruitment company in Australia, with 100 staff. Claire’s vision to address shortages in medical personnel across Australia in an ethical manner matches well with SwiftDoc’s goal to make medical services available for all Australians. Claire provides valuable support and advice to SwiftDoc through her role as Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Wavelength International facilitates the recruitment process for SwiftDoc’s new doctors, such that acquiring new doctors for SwiftDoc is a simple and rapid process.
David Rod

David Rod is a highly experienced lawyer. He brings over 30 years legal experience across two continents to SwiftDoc. David is a partner at Sydney-based law firm, Spectrum Legal in Bondi Junction. David is a serial investor and is invested in SwiftDoc. David provides SwiftDoc with expert legal advice, on our mission to help others. David is on the Board of Directors of SwiftDoc and his firm does all the legal work for the company.
Chris Riley

Chris Riley’s contribution to the SwiftDoc team draws on over 30 years’ senior management recruitment experience across the Asia/Pacific region and the UK. Chris is the CEO of Wavelength International and is highly experienced in solutions, systems and trends around human capital management, marketing, PR and sales. Chris provides the SwiftDoc team with valuable support and insight in these areas, helping shape future growth and development.
Donald Casson
Director, Investor
Donald brings a wealth of IT experience to SwiftDoc. As a board member Donald provides leadership and guidance on IT solutions. He is responsible for implementing the IT strategy and driving progress and assists with all IT projects. Donald has a wealth of experience in senior positions with Global IT companies. With a degree in computer science and 20 years of experience in technology and coding, Donald is an awesome asset for the team.
Dr Amandeep Hansra
Advisor to the Board of Directors
Dr Amandeep Hansra is a leader in digital health. She was the CEO & Medical Director of Telstra’s telehealth business ReadyCare. Amandeep co-founded Caligo Health providing consulting services to State and Commonwealth Government, hospital groups, insurers, and start-ups. She is a Clinical Reference Lead with the Australian Digital Health Agency. Amandeep is a Fellow of the RACGP & Australian Institute of Digital Health, an examiner for the College and sits on their Expert Committee, as well as the Australian Medical Association NSW Council. She is a Board Director of AMA NSW, NPS MedicineWise. Amandeep holds a Masters in Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and an MBA from The University of Sydney.

Meaghan Buys brings her organisational talent and experience to the fore as SwiftDoc Operations Manager. With extensive experience in the medical industry, specialising in general practice, Meaghan combines skills in accounting and finance, business management and people management to ensure SwiftDoc operates efficiently and effectively. Focussing on effective communication and transparency, Meaghan brings the team together with her open-door policy.

Hannah Elman works in a supportive role providing administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and senior staff. With her friendly persona and ‘can-do’ attitude, Hannah has a wealth of experience helping patients and clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Melissa Welsh
Recruitment Manager
Melissa Welsh is a very experienced medical recruitment manager with many years experience working with Wavelength International. She is across all the legislative requirements in all aspects of on-boarding new doctors and allied health professionals. Melissa provides assistance to the Operations Manager, sources and interviews new staff and manages the on-boarding administration and contracts.

As founder of Wordsworth Marketing, Sarah offers carefully crafted content to both educate and inform, ensuring that as many patients as possible can receive the benefits of SwiftDoc’s services.

As a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience, Seb has established a successful career in the tech industry. Seb’s expertise has led him to serve as CTO for several start-ups, as well as working as a technology advisor. Seb is a true technologist at heart and has a passion for staying active and productive. His drive for success and hands-on approach has resulted in numerous accomplishments throughout his career, having been involved with some Software projects that attracted impressive seed funding.

Partnerships and Contracts Manager
Carole plays an extremely important role in sourcing new Doctors and Psychologists for the team. As a manager at Wavelength International, Carole is able to find new Medical Professionals including GPs, Specialists and Psychologists, to work for SwiftDoc and assist with the onboarding process. With decades of experience and a database of thousands of doctors, Carole knows how to source only the best candidates for our company, with relative ease. This allows SwiftDoc to scale rapidly and meet any increases in demand when new corporate clients come on board.
